Hi I'm Doctor Erin Hendriks

I was born and raised in Michigan. I obtained my medical degree from Wayne State University and completed my residency at Mount Sinai in New York.

After completing my certification in Obesity Medicine, I dove deeper into the study of nutrition, movement, and health obtaining a certification in whole-food plant-based nutrition from Cornell University followed by another board certification in Lifestyle Medicine.

Then, I completed a two-year Integrative Medicine fellowship with The University of Michigan and advanced functional medicine, training with the Institute for Functional Medicine, earning the prestigious IFMCP certification.

I have been practicing medicine for over 15 years and am deeply passionate about functional medicine, empowering patients to identify root causes and achieve lasting health.

Hi I'm Doctor Maricela Castillo MacKenzie

I was born and raised in Mexico City and I am fully fluent in Spanish. I received my medical degree from Westhill University, affiliated with the National Autonomous University of Mexico and completed my residency in Family Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital.

I am board certified in Obesity Medicine and have been practicing for over 10 years.

I´m one of the few female Hispanic physicians in the State of Michigan. I love to engage with the Hispanic community on multiple levels, working closely with the Mexican Consulate and the Michigan Department of Health.

I am also a spokesperson for Univision on a national level and have a great passion about the care of Hispanic women.
